About us

We are two lifelong friends united by our passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. We also used to play football together – and that’s exactly where the original idea was born: to keep football players’ feet warm while sitting on the bench. After our initial media coverage, however, we began receiving messages from wheelchair users and entire families who had been searching for a solution like this on the market for a long time — without success. We heard countless stories about using layered wool blankets, custom-made footmuffs, or double socks. Yet none of these could sufficiently warm poorly circulated legs, because they don’t generate heat themselves — and therefore, there’s nothing to accumulate in the insulated clothing layer.

That’s when we saw a challenge and, under the guidance of the Technical University of Liberec, restarted the development process. We managed to adapt Hotboots to perfectly suit use in a wheelchair. We believe that our heated bag solution — where warmth is actively generated using graphene heating pads — will solve the problem of spending time outdoors in cold weather and significantly extend those moments. And that’s what it’s all about: allowing many people with disabilities to enjoy time outside during winter, beyond the comfort of a warm couch. With family, friends, or even alone. Winter is simply no longer an obstacle!
